  1. Approve February 2017 Financial Reports for the City of Carmi and Light & Water Departments.
  1. Approve and authorize March 2017 vendor invoices for the City of Carmi and Light & Water Departments.
  1. For council consideration, discussion and possible approval:
  1. Resolution No. 03-21-17-1 a resolution relating to participation by elected officials in the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund.
  2. Resolution No. 03-21-17-2 a resolution renewing the employee’s safety incentive program for the period April 1, 2017 to March 31, 2018.
  1. Reports and/or updates from Mayor Pollard.
  1. Reports from Standing Committees.
  1. Business or comments from visitors.
  1. Closed Session to discuss personnel with possible action to follow.
