The Carmi Chamber of Commerce has announced a lighted yard contest as part of It’s a White County Christmas. Those wishing to nominate a yard should contact the Chamber office at 618-382-7606 or [email protected] by Friday, December 5 with the street address. Homes should be located within Carmi city limits.
Homes will be judged on December 10, weather permitting. The winner will receive $50 in Carmi dollars and an opportunity to display the Yard of the Month sign if they choose to do so.
