Sealed BIDS for the construction of Highway 11-1000 East Watermain Replacement will be received by the City of Carmi at the office of City of Carmi, 225 East Main, Carmi, Il 62821 until 10:00 A.M. (Local Prevailing Time) March 27, 2024 and then at said building publicly opened and read aloud.
The Procurement will be subject to regulations contained in the procedures for issuing loans from the Federal Davis-Bacon Act (40 USC 276a through 276a-5) as defined by the United States Department of Labor.
The submission of a proposal or bid by the Offeror in response to this IFB or RFP constitutes an acknowledgment of and an agreement by the Offeror that it understands and will comply with the Federal Davis-Bacon Act.
A Payment and Performance Bond is required in connection with this project, said Bonds shall specifically provide that the Principal must pay all sums of money due or to become due for any labor in accordance with the Davis-Bacon Wage Act
