4. City CPA Keith Botsch will present the 2014 Budget and Appropriations Ordinance No. 1475 for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2014 and ending December 31, 2014.

7. Business or comments from visitors.
8. Closed Session to discuss personnel and/or property issues with no action to follow.
