1. Call to order by Mayor Pollard, Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance.
2. Roll Call.
3. Approve January 21, 2025 Council Meeting Minutes.
4. For council consideration, discussion and possible approval:
A. Approval of 2025 Council Meeting Dates
B. Approval to take bids for a culvert at Bradshaw Park — 304 feet x 42 inch arched 14-gauge culvert as well as 8 bands.
C. Renewal of Lease/Intergovernmental Agreement with University of Illinois Extension at 603 E Main Street (4-H Gift Garden) for $1.00 a year for up to 3 years.
D. IDOT Request for approval of change of plans at Saunders/Meadow adjustment to final field measured quantities for $21,859.94.
E. IDOT Final Pay Request for Saunders/Meadow Project E.T. Simonds for $23,784.56.
F. Vipower Services quote for NESHAP Monitoring System Upgrade for PLC controller on each engine.
