4. Approve February 18, 2025 Closed Session Minutes.
5. For council consideration, discussion and possible approval:
a) Resolution No. 03.04.25; A supplemental Resolution for Saunders Avenue.
b) Resolution No. 03.05.25; A resolution authorizing an agreement with DA Ingram Properties, LLC, for a redevelopment project located at 105 E Main Street Utilizing Tax Increment Financing.
c) Open and accept Bids for culvert only at Bradshaw Park.
d) Accept bid for Radio Read Water Meter Project (funded by IEPA loan with forgiveness)
e) Accept bid for 500,000 Gallon Pedesphere Elevated Water Tank Painting (funded by IEPA loan with forgiveness)
f) North American Substation Services, LLC (NASS) quote for City of Carmi Transformer Re-Gasket and L T C Inspection (Light Plant) for $76,250.00.
