5. Approve and authorize May 2024 vendor invoices for the City of Carmi and Light & Water Departments.
6. For council consideration, discussion and possible approval:
a) Approval of Mobile Home Application for Chuck Hunsinger and Joan Morgan for 707 Margurite Street.
b) Megan Newman, Chamber Director, to request a donation for the annual 4th of July Fireworks Display.
c) Review and possible approval of west tower repainting and repairs bid.

e) Resolution 05.21.24; A Resolution to construct, occupy and maintain a 6” water main along and under IL 14.
f) Resolution 05.22.24; A resolution for the temporary closure of Main Street (IL 1 and IL 14) a state highway for the Corn Day Activities starting Friday, October 11, 2024 until Sunday, October 13, 2024.
g) Change Order #22-074-03 – Water System Improvements 2020 IEPA Portion.
h) Kieffer Brothers Final Pay Estimate for Water System Improvements 2020 IEPA Portion in the amount of $55,975.60
i) Brown & Roberts, Inc. Job 2023-074 IEPA Portion Water System Improvement C&) #5 in the amount of $3,525.90.
j) Approval of quote from Sternberg Inc. to repair 2004 International Dump Truck.
