   4. Award Bid to Keifer Brothers Construction Co., Inc for the 7^th Street Sanitary Sewer Replacement Project in the amount of $219990.
   5. Ordinance 1579; Annual Tax Levy Ordinance.  An ordinance for the levy and assessment of property tax by the City of Carmi, Illinois for the fiscal year commencing the 1^st day of January 2021 and ending the 31^st day of December 2021; Presented by Botsch and Associates.
   6. Ordinance 1580; An ordinance abating the 2021 tax levy for the payment of the City of Carmi, White County, Illinois general obligation bonds, series 2011B; Presented by Botsch and Associates.
   7. Ordinance 1581; An ordinance abating the 2021 tax levy for the payment of the City of Carmi, White County, Illinois general obligation bonds, series 2011A; Presented by Botsch and Associates.
