  3. Approve April 19, 2022 Council Meeting Minutes
  4. For council consideration, discussion and possible approval:
    1. Resolution 05.03.2022; A resolution renewing the employee’s safety incentive program for the period of April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023.
    2. IDOT Utility Adjustment Agreement No. UT9-22-001; An agreement between the City of Carmi, City Engineer, Jim Brown, and IDOT for replacing water and sewer lines for a culvert that runs under Main Street near First Baptist Church. 
  5. Reports and/or updates from Mayor Pollard.
  6. Reports from Standing Committees.
  7. Business or comments from visitors.
  8. Closed Session to discuss personnel and property issues with no action to follow.
  9. Adjournment
