  1. Call to order by Mayor Pollard, Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance.
  2. Roll Call.
  3. Approve October 20, 2020, Council Meeting Minutes.
  4. For council consideration, discussion and possible approval:
    1. Award bid for the 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 pickup.
    2. Christmas bonuses for City employees and Light and Water employees ($60.00 plus $5.00 per year longevity for full-time employees and a flat $60.00 for part-time employees, firemen and EMA members was paid in 2019).
  1. Reports and/or updates from Mayor Pollard
  2. Reports from Standing Committees.
  1. Business or comments from visitors.
  2. Closed Session to discuss personnel and property issues with possible action to follow.
