Best It’s a White County Christmas Windows Announced

Jodi Duncan Designs, located at 112 S Division Street in Norris City, has captured the Winter Wonderland Storefront Window traveling trophy. This year’s theme was Frozen Wonderland.
Several divisional winners were announced: Most Artistic: Logo Graphics, Best Contemporary was a tie between Genesis Flowers and Gifts in Norris City and Botsch and Associates CPA’s, Most Creative: Reppert’s Office Supply and Best Traditional: Nancy J. Winter CPA. Honorable Mentions were Middle Sister’s in the Best Contemporary Category and Brown’s Fertilizer and Chemical in the Most Artistic Category. Other entries included James Cook State Farm, H.D. Bean’s Jewelers, Dave Matheny State Farm and L. Haas Store Museum.
“Decorations help remind us of the spirit of the season. We were glad to once again open this contest to all businesses in White County and encourage everyone to admire all the beautiful windows as you are out and about this Christmas season,” noted Chamber Director Holly Healy.
The Storefront Window Decoration Contest was sponsored in part by Hayley Production Company, Eastern Services, Carmi Lions Club, Banterra Bank and Southeastern Illinois College.
