The City of Carmi is seeking bids for a new roof for the Carmi Police Department, located at 703 Oak Street, Carmi, Illinois. The roof may be viewed Monday – Friday, 7am-3pm. Bidders should include bids for a TPO Roof or a Duralast Roof or bid both options. Bids should include material and labor.
Illinois Prevailing Wage will apply in accordance with the Prevailing Wage Act. Those submitting bids must have an Illinois Roofing License.
Sealed bids should be submitted to the City of Carmi, 225 E Main Street, Carmi, IL 62821 and marked “Roof Sealed Bid” by 3pm on Monday, April 14, 2025. Bids will be opened during the Carmi City Council meeting at 5:30pm on Tuesday, April 15, in the Carmi City Council Chambers, 225 E Main Street, Carmi, IL. Please note, there are no plans or bid documents available for this project.
Bids should include the bidder name, contact information, bid quote and a certificate of liability insurance. Bids that do not contain a certificate of liability insurance will be rejected.
The City of Carmi reserves the right to accept or reject any bid.
