1) Shop small at ANY retail business in Carmi on Black Friday, November 25th or Small Business Saturday, November 26th
2) Collect your receipts that are $20 or over in your Passport. (NAME ENTERED FOR FOR EVERY $20 SPENT).
3) Turn in your passport, with receipts that are dated 11/25/2022 or 11/26/2022, to the chamber office by Monday, November 28th. 1 of 3 ways
