The Carmi Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting on Friday, July 23, 2021 for member 618 Mobile Boutique.
618 Mobile Boutique is owned by Carmi native Kacie Hughes and is based out of Carmi, Illinois, and is the boutique that comes to you.
