White County business owners are encouraged to decorate their storefronts as part of the It’s a White County Christmas celebration. A traveling trophy will be awarded to the business owner whose storefront window which best depicts the “Frozen Wonderland” contest theme. Entry forms are available from the Carmi Chamber of Commerce, or by visiting www.whitecountychristmas.com, and are due by November 14. Judging will be done the following week.
