Hargrave Mums and More Ribbon Cutting Held

Hargrave Mums and More, owned by Kenneth and Teresa Hargrave of Carmi, held a ribbon-cutting Monday for its new location at 405 Plum Street in Carmi. The Hargraves have been raising mums locally for 15 years and have been in operation as Hargrave Mums and More since 2011. They sell annuals, perennials and landscaping supplies.
