The City of Carmi is seeking sealed bids for the sale of a 2005 Domatex Trailer Mounted Sludge Mate, 15 cubic yards. VIN#: 1D9PD19265H44320. This is available for inspection at the Carmi Waste Water Treatment Facility located at 1299 Co Rd 1125 E, Carmi, IL 62821 from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m. Monday thru Friday.
The sale of the 2005 Domatex Trailer Mounted Sludge Mate will be sold “As-Is condition.” A Bill of Sale will be provided by the City. There is no guarantee or warranty on the part of the City as to condition or quality of the equipment. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to examine said equipment as to condition. All sales are final. The minimum bid is $20,000.00.
Sealed bid sheets should be submitted to Cynthia Attebury at 225 East Main Street, Carmi, IL 62821. Bids will be accepted until 11:00 a.m. November 28, 2023 and considered by City Council on December 4, 2023. The successful bidder shall be notified within 7 days after bid award.
