Notice is hereby given to all residents and property owners in the City of Carmi that the City of Carmi will hold a close-out public hearing on Wednesday September 25, 2024 at 9:45 A.M. at City Hall, Carmi, IL. The purpose of the hearing is to obtain citizen views on program activities and performance of the completed Construction of the Hillsdale Area Waterline Rehabilitation project in the City of Carmi, Construction Grant # 17-242045 and Grant # 20-242001 funded by the federal Community Development Block Grant program through the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity. Persons with disabilities or non-English speaking persons who wish to attend the public hearing and need assistance should contact the City of Carmi, 618-384-2001 no later than September 20, 2024; every effort will be made to make reasonable accommodations for these persons.
